We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your Cycology items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the generated return slip inside the parcel to help our team identify your order.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
